Birth Doula Package
As your birth doula I will help to answer any questions, provide encouragement and reassurance when necessary, and support you in preparing for the birth of your baby.
Postnatal Doula Package
I provide flexible and bespoke support for you and your family as you settle in at home with your new baby during those first few weeks/months of early parenthood.

Initial meet and greet and a chance to discuss my services and to help you decide if I am the right doula for you.

2 x two hour antenatal sessions (typically taking place between week 24-28 and week 34-38 of pregnancy).

Unlimited phone and text support throughout your pregnancy.

On-call period from week 38 of pregnancy until the baby arrives.

Attendance and support during the birth of your baby, starting at your home and continuing in hospital (if this is where you are having your baby).

1 x two hour postnatal meeting (within the week after your baby's birth) to do a birth completion session and help with any support you need.

A homemade nutritious meal for two.
Investment - £600*
*Additional mileage above a distance of 10 miles will be added at 45p/mile

Individual Support Sessions
Virtual & In-Person
Whether it's a chat during pregnancy to talk over your concerns about your upcoming birth, or a postnatal support session so you can catch up on a few hours of rest and self care, these individual sessions may be perfect for you.
Each session is a minimum of 2 hours
Charged at £20/hr
